Whenever feeling frustrated about something at work, go to the 1:1 tool you use at your organisation and spill everything out. Feels so much better. Structured 1:1's are 100x better than non-structured ones, period.
A useful productivity hack that has worked for me is watching all the learning videos/podcasts at 2x the speed and pausing in between to take notes. My ability to grasp things has increased and the time spent to do it has reduced drastically.
